My little brother is the last of our cousins to turn 21. We decided to take him to Vegas on a cousin trip since he missed out on all the previous ones that we talk about to this day. So for one last time I’d like to wish you a very happy birthday Chad. Hopefully now I can retire from partying in Vegas.
